Austin


Fitness has always been a part of my life ever since I was a kid playing peewee sports and well into high school athletics. I'm still going strong playing in alumni football games for the high school from which I graduated. I started reading nutrition books and fitness encyclopedias in my younger years and in high school so I could be the best that I can be at whatever sport. Years later I'm still going strong at the books and expanding my knowledge. Currently, I am majoring in Kinesiology and also taking a few Physical Therapy classes. I was first introduced to the Results family in November 2009 and have loved it ever since. I have trained hundreds of people since I began and plan to continue to meet and train many more as our gym continues to grow! Being an athlete, I have am very knowledgeable in sports training from my personal life experiences. Also, training with people with multiple types of injuries from previous surgeries or household incidents,as well as getting a client to be able to walk again without any assistance, has broadened my knowledge. I also have experience from general weight loss to muscle toning from multiple clients I've trained throughout my time at the gym. I'm here to help you reach your fitness goal, not only physically, but mentally too. I am determined to push all my clients hard because not only will they reach their current goals but they will set and shatter all goals we make together in the future.
 

Chelsea

Hi, my name is Chelsea Greer and I'm the Manager at Results Personal Training in Corpus Christi, TX. My goal at Results is to educate, inspire and motivate others to achieve their own personal goals. I take great joy in providing clients with the tools they need to transform their bodies, shed body fat, and lead a more fit and healthy lifestyle.  It won’t be easy and it may take some time, but surround yourself with people who love and support you and go for it!

My name is Alexandra Sumner and I have been a fitness nut and avid sports fan for as long as I can remember.  I am 23 and from a small close nit community in Orange Grove. I have been a trainer for 4 years on and off at establishments ranging from gyms to universities and am happy to be the newest face at Results Personal Training. I am a junior at Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi in pursuit of a degree in Secondary Life Science Education with a double major in Exercise Science and a minor in Math. My ultimate goal is to coach I believe a strong work ethic is very important so I stay busy with school and work. I bring my work ethic to the gym and offer my clients the drive, opportunity and motivation to set, reach, and surpass their goals.

Pat

My name is Pat Loosemore I am 24 years old and here to make fat cry. I am fairly new to the team here at Results, but am loving it. I am a National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) Graduate and a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). I am a Afghanistan War Veteran with four years of service in the Army Infantry and now working on continuing my education to become a more educated and well rounded Personal Trainer. Since being in the Army is demanding when it comes to fitness I grew to love progressing and reaching new goals; a feeling I like to share with others. After leaving my duties in the Army I decided that Personal Training, in any way, was going to be my career choice. In 2009 I started taking on clients and havenʼt looked back. My passion is fitness.

Leah

Hi, My name is Leah and I am a NASM ( National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Fitness Specialist, and a Weight Loss Specialist. I graduated with my B.A. from the University Of South Florida and quickly learned business management was not the career path for me. Everything health and fitness had always been my passions so I decided to go back to the books and take my career goals a new direction. I couldn't be happier with my decision, I love training and watching individuals grow. There is nothing more satisfying then seeing your clients over come and concur there goals.

Patrick

Howdy, my name is Patrick Cantu and I’m here to turn you into a lean, mean fat burning machine. I graduated in August 2013 with my B.S. in Applied Exercise Physiology, with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University (Whoop!). I have two personal training certifications through the NSCA and ISSA. I have been a personal trainer for 4 years. I previously worked at A&M’s student recreation center and ended my tenure as lead personal trainer. I have also worked with the University of Houston- Sports Performance staff as an intern strength coach, in which I primarily worked with the football team. Sports have been a major influence in my life and once my high school basketball career ended, I turned to the health and fitness world to pursue my love of exercise and being active. I want all my clients to have the body of their dreams and I will do whatever it takes to help you get there!

Hi, my name is Christy Berry. I am a NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer and am working on obtaining many more certifications. Currently, I am a Senior at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and plan on graduating with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in Fall 2014. My goal is to continually obtain as much knowledge as I can through my degree in hopes of being the best trainer that I can be. All of my life, I have always been very active and have loved participating in sports. The best feeling in the world is knowing that you have helped someone achieve their fitness goals and improve themselves in ways they never thought possible.

My name is Anthony Magness and I am a Fitness Consultant and Sports Nutritionist at Results Personal Training in Corpus Christi, Texas. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Sports Nutritionist (CSN) for the past 10 years. I am a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and have dedicated my life to my passion of fitness by educating and motivating people towards a healthier, happier and fit lifestyle. Fitness was introduce to me at the age of 5 when I started my first Karate class. I've been an active martial artist for 25 years studying many disciplines with a black belt in Goji Ryu Karate, Taekwondo, and Japanese Jujitsu. My goal is to inspire everyone I speak with and motivate them to achieving their own individual goals.

Fernando

My name is Fernando Casals (pronounced: Cah-Sals) and I am a Certified Libra, a Fitness Consultant and Certified Sports Nutritionist at Results Personal Training in Corpus Christi, Texas. I have dreamy, hazel-green eyes and enjoy drinking a variety of herbal teas. I have a passion for fitness and nutrition that started 10 years ago. My goal is to help people shape their lives, minds, and bodies in a positive manner through healthy life decisions, whether that be in the kitchen, in the gym, or out with family and friends. I hope to inspire others to raise their standard and to never settle for anything less than they deserve.

David

I'm David Flannery and I graduated from Judson High School where I played high school basketball. I played basketball at Schreiner University as well and I'm now currently a senior and studying exercise science at UTSA. The importance of working out is keeping a healthy body and mind. My favorite exercises are bench press, squats, and hang clean. I also use other functional movements to keep the body guessing.

Ashley
My name is Ashley Rooth, I'm the manager of the San Antonio location.  I’ve been training friends, family, and myself for over 4 years and have been doing nutritional consulting for more than 2. I’ve recently started training at results and have fallen in love with the industry. I was going to school to be a Registered Dietitian but have decided to change my major and I’m getting my Bachelors in Exercise Science and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Unlike most trainers I have been in most of my clients shoes. I was a double zero and an athlete until my junior year of high school, and even had a scholarship to play soccer at the University of Houston. All of that changed when I blew out my knee. I lost my scholarship which made my life super stressful, I started drinking, smoking, and got on birth control. Not to mention my family ate everything out of a box and drank soda like it was our job. The combination of not exercising and a completely different lifestyle helped me gain over 65 pounds in less than 8 months. I was miserable and there were days when I didn’t even want to get out of bed because I hated myself and I hated the way I felt. 4 years ago my boyfriend decided it was time to get my life back. I’ve been killing it ever since. With lots of hard work, dedication, and a ton of sacrifices it took me less than 6 months to lose over 55 pounds and I went from a size 14 back to a size 3. I guess you could say that I have found my new drug and I’m addicted. I want to inspire people to be all that they can, set good examples, and teach useful fitness principles. I can be the key that starts the engine, but only you can take it where you want to go. I take everything that I’ve learned and give people exactly what they need to make amazing transformations and help to get their lives back. It takes 4 weeks for you to notice changes in your body, 8 weeks for friends and family, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world. What do you plan on doing with your next 3 months?
Philip

PHILLIP GREATHOUSE

I am the current manager of the Results Personal Training location in San Antonio. I have been with Results since opening day, starting off as a personal trainer. My background includes wrestling, football in high school and college, and as an MMA coach/fighter. I believe life is about survival. Many people today seek only money and forget about their health, with a poor diet and little to no exercise. My plan with all Results members and non-members is to first instill in them that they put their health first, and second, to learn to function and excel in uncomfortable situations. Make no mistake, working out is not comfortable, but it is a necessity to live a healthy life.
Scott
My name is Scott Abaszadeh I have been a personal trainer for one year. I have also served 10 years in the United States Army as an infantryman and completed two combat tours. My training style comes from my military service, mixed martial arts background and my own personal training experience.

I am currently pursuing my bachelors degree in exercise science at UTSA. I want to gain as much knowledge and experience in the field of fitness and personal training so that I can be efficient in helping clients meet their needs. Fitness is my passion and my goals as a personal trainer is to create a safe, fun environment to help clients reach their fitness goals.
Jen

My name is Jennifer Garcia. I currently work at the San Antonio locations as a personal trainer. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I also work as a physical education teacher at an elementary in San Antonio. I have always had a passion for sports, health and physical fitness. It is personally rewarding to get to share my passion with my clients and share my knowledge of fitness as well. 

One of my favorite quotes is by Vince Lombardi... "Dictionary  is the only place that success comes before work. Hard work is the price we pay for success. I think you can accomplish anything if you're willing to pay the price." I try to encourage each and every client through motivation and education that their hard work will pay off in the end which I find to be one of the hardest struggles when people enter our gym.

Sara

My name is Sara Greathouse and I'm 28 years old. At the age of 5 I started dancing and didn't stop for the next 16 years. I received a scholarship to Blinn Junior College where in my second year I became the Co-Captain of the Blinn Dance Team. After Blinn I relocated to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi to pursue my degree in BS: Kinesiology-Exercise Science -- fitness was my passion! While focusing on my career I got to a point where I was not happy with myself physically and wanted to make a change! In November 2012 I weighed 142 pounds at 5'3. It was seeing that number that made me want to start a new journey. I registered for my first Figure show. The Shredder was in April 2013. I started my journey December 4th, working out twice a day for 16 weeks. I was determined. As of April 13th the day of The Shredder I weighed in at 110 pounds - losing a total of 32 pounds! I placed 8th out of 25 competitors at the NPC-Shredder and look forward to competing in upcoming shows.
