My name is Santos Rosales, and I have been a personal trainer for 2 years. My philosophy of physical fitness and health is to increase performance by improving movement patterns; which means improving the way each person moves to maximize mobility and use each muscle to their full potential. When I train i involve the most musculature possible, by activating more musculature the body burns more calories.
I understand not everyone is equally fit or may have some limitations (injuries), so i provide exercises for each person based on there capabilities. My training background comes from a variety of different life experiences; which includes military (department fitness leader), search and rescue swimmer (SAR), mixed martial arts (MMA), 11 years of resistance training, and through my education at Texas A&M Corpus Christi. I am a senior graduating in MAY 2013 with a degree in Kinesiology with a emphasis in Exercise Science. My goal is to help people be happy with themselves, not only with the way they look, but with their overall health.

Fitness has always been a part of my life ever since I was a kid playing peewee sports and well into high school athletics. I'm still going strong playing in alumni football games for the high school from which I graduated. I started reading nutrition books and fitness encyclopedias in my younger years and in high school so I could be the best that I can be at whatever sport. Years later I'm still going strong at the books and expanding my knowledge. Currently, I am majoring in Kinesiology and also taking a few Physical Therapy classes. I was first introduced to the Results family in November 2009 and have loved it ever since. I have trained hundreds of people since I began and plan to continue to meet and train many more as our gym continues to grow! Being an athlete, I have am very knowledgeable in sports training from my personal life experiences. Also, training with people with multiple types of injuries from previous surgeries or household incidents,as well as getting a client to be able to walk again without any assistance, has broadened my knowledge. I also have experience from general weight loss to muscle toning from multiple clients I've trained throughout my time at the gym. I'm here to help you reach your fitness goal, not only physically, but mentally too. I am determined to push all my clients hard because not only will they reach their current goals but they will set and shatter all goals we make together in the future.
My name is Paulina and I specialize in kicking booty. I have been personal training for two years now and I really enjoy seeing people reach their goals. I am a mixed martial artist and a former power lifter. I am 2-0 in the cage. I am mentally tough so I will be there for you, encouraging you not to quit. My style of training ranges from weight training to high intensity plyo-metric and cardiovascular exercises. Hi, my name is Chelsea Greer and I am an IFPA Certified Personal Trainer and also the manager at Results Personal Training in Corpus Christi, TX. I've been personal training for 3 years and I love seeing people reach their goals and transform their body right in front of me. I was introduced to the weight room at about 14 years old. I loved it right off the bat and I have been a gym rat ever since. I played sports throughout high school and after high school I decided I wanted to stay active. My name is Alexandra Sumner and I have been a fitness nut and avid sports fan for as long as I can remember. I am 23 and from a small close nit community in Orange Grove. I have been a trainer for 4 years on and off at establishments ranging from gyms to universities and am happy to be the newest face at Results Personal Training. I am a junior at Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi in pursuit of a degree in Secondary Life Science Education with a double major in Exercise Science and a minor in Math. My ultimate goal is to coach I believe a strong work ethic is very important so I stay busy with school and work. I bring my work ethic to the gym and offer my clients the drive, opportunity and motivation to set, reach, and surpass their goals.
My name is Naz Scott. I have been training for 5 years. My training style comes from my background in wrestling, football, track and my own personal training experiences. My goal in training is to get you to yours. I have trained a wide variety of clients from serious athletes to clients recovering from debilitating injuries and people that have never been in the gym in their lives. No matter what your level or limitations are, I am there to give you the best workout possible and make sure you have that extra push when you need it most.
I'm David Flannery and I graduated from Judson High School where I played high school basketball. I played basketball at Schreiner University as well and I'm now currently a senior and studying exercise science at UTSA. The importance of working out is keeping a healthy body and mind. My favorite exercises are bench press, squats, and hang clean. I also use other functional movements to keep the body guessing.

My name is Ashley Rooth, I'm the manager of the San Antonio location. I’ve been training friends, family, and myself for over 4 years and have been doing nutritional consulting for more than 2. I’ve recently started training at results and have fallen in love with the industry. I was going to school to be a Registered Dietitian but have decided to change my major and I’m getting my Bachelors in Exercise Science and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Unlike most trainers I have been in most of my clients shoes. I was a double zero and an athlete until my junior year of high school, and even had a scholarship to play soccer at the University of Houston. All of that changed when I blew out my knee. I lost my scholarship which made my life super stressful, I started drinking, smoking, and got on birth control. Not to mention my family ate everything out of a box and drank soda like it was our job. The combination of not exercising and a completely different lifestyle helped me gain over 65 pounds in less than 8 months. I was miserable and there were days when I didn’t even want to get out of bed because I hated myself and I hated the way I felt. 4 years ago my boyfriend decided it was time to get my life back. I’ve been killing it ever since. With lots of hard work, dedication, and a ton of sacrifices it took me less than 6 months to lose over 55 pounds and I went from a size 14 back to a size 3. I guess you could say that I have found my new drug and I’m addicted. I want to inspire people to be all that they can, set good examples, and teach useful fitness principles. I can be the key that starts the engine, but only you can take it where you want to go. I take everything that I’ve learned and give people exactly what they need to make amazing transformations and help to get their lives back. It takes 4 weeks for you to notice changes in your body, 8 weeks for friends and family, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world. What do you plan on doing with your next 3 months?

I am the current manager of the Results Personal Training location in San Antonio. I have been with Results since opening day, starting off as a personal trainer. My background includes wrestling, football in high school and college, and as an MMA coach/fighter. I believe life is about survival. Many people today seek only money and forget about their health, with a poor diet and little to no exercise. My plan with all Results members and non-members is to first instill in them that they put their health first, and second, to learn to function and excel in uncomfortable situations. Make no mistake, working out is not comfortable, but it is a necessity to live a healthy life.
My name is Scott Abaszadeh I have been a personal trainer for one year. I have also served 10 years in the United States Army as an infantryman and completed two combat tours. My training style comes from my military service, mixed martial arts background and my own personal training experience.
